Appian Business Process Management

SNI licensed the Appian BPM platform as part of an effort to consolidate a multitude of work intake processes and create a solid foundation for reporting and tracking of projects and resources. As the UX advisor assigned to the internal team building out the various process flows, I met with various stakeholders to map out information architecture, trained on the platform to understand its capabilities and limitations, and worked with the development team to implement. In addition, I designed a Wordpress-based help site to assist with onboarding during the new platform rollout.
